LATE SEASSON SIGN UP DATE
The date for late season sign-up is Tuesday, May 29 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Portage Central Middle School in the cafeteria.
I will not be taking any new workers after May 29th. That also means returning workers. If you are wanting to detassel this year you must come on the 29th. or send a parent to fill out all the paper work for you.
Be advised: do not call me and say you forgot or didn't know about the meeting...the 29th is the cut off.
This meeting is just for those workers that have not been to a meeting this year. If you came to a meeting in April you do not need to come on the 29th.
BRING WITH YOU:
A Parent
Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Ink pen
Drivers License (if you have one)
photocopy the items above
Photocopies will need to be turned in and you will not get them back. (please photocopy both front and back of all documents you bring to the meeting)
Also, bring your bank account number with your bank routing number for direct deposit sign-up. If you don't have a bank account, this is a great time to get one.
You must be 14 on or before July 12th to work.
If you are a returning worker: YES you need to bring everything again this year and fill everything out again. I do not keep paper work from year to year.
